Free-zone and mainland fluent
DIFC, JAFZA, DMCC, SAIF Zone, Hamriyah, Dubai South and mainland SEDD. Each has different compliance, banking and data-residency rules. We factor those into the build from day one.
Forward Deployed Engineering for UAE SMEs and free-zone businesses. Dubai and Sharjah on the ground. Privacy-conscious and audit-ready.
[ TL;DR ]
Bluematter Labs operates across the UAE from Dubai and Sharjah with on-site sprints and weekly visits during the build. We build custom CRMs (customer intelligence, lead scoring), ERP systems (extend Zoho / Tally / SAP B1), and BI dashboards for CXOs. AI deployments are privacy-conscious by default; data residency in the GCC region available when called for.

Dubai and Sharjah are our primary UAE markets, with occasional Abu Dhabi engagements. Our engineers fly in from Bangalore for discovery sprints and weekly on-site visits during the build. The 3-hour Bangalore overlap with GST gives a full synchronous working day.
Regularly. The free-zone setup affects which regulatory frameworks apply, which banking stacks are realistic, and how data residency is enforced. We factor those into the brief upfront, and work with your registered agent, PRO firm or audit firm on filings we don't directly handle.
ERP and accounting integrations handle UAE VAT (5%) line-item tagging and produce compliant tax invoices. Statutory reporting cycles can be surfaced in admin dashboards. We always recommend a local audit firm signs off the actual submissions; we provide the data layer.
Right-to-left UI support is included where it's relevant (customer-facing forms, driver apps, internal tools for Arabic-first teams). We handle the technical RTL implementation, locale-aware date/currency, and font selection. Translation is your team's or your localisation partner's job.
Sharjah skews heavily toward manufacturing, trading and distribution; Dubai skews toward services, family offices, real estate and SaaS. The product engineering approach is the same (sit on top of existing ERP, build the custom layer, expose a CXO dashboard) but the operator vocabulary differs. We adapt accordingly.
