Discovery calls happen within one business day of you submitting the form. A typical first sprint is 8–12 weeks, fixed-price, scoped per engagement. We share the proposal in writing before any commitment, no surprises, no agency overhead.
Almost always build on top. Replacing a working ERP is a 12-month project we don't recommend. We integrate with MYOB, Xero, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Odoo, Acumatica, HubSpot and Salesforce, and build the missing 20% as custom modules, web apps or agents.
AI agents are deployed with explicit operational boundaries, no general-purpose copilots loose in your data. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act, GDPR, and Germany's BDSG. EU customers can opt for EU-region inference (Anthropic / Azure OpenAI EU) and self-hosted model fallbacks.
