Sydney is one of our three studios, alongside Bangalore and Oldenburg. We're on the ground for first sprints and meet weekly on-site afterwards if the project warrants it. The local presence keeps day-rates fair without sacrificing on-the-ground time.

Three weeks of customer development, eight to twelve weeks to ship the first system, then a continuous-improvement engagement at a fractional team rate. We bias toward smaller, faster contracts that prove value before they scale.
